Effective immediately: orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. No cancellation is allowed after shipping.

How to Request a Cancellation

  1. Find your order number on your order confirmation email.
  2. Email sknjewellery0@gmail.in or open the Cancellation Form and provide: order number; full name; last four digits of card or payment reference; brief reason.
  3. We will check order status and reply within 24 hours with either Cancellation Accepted or Cancellation Denied.
  4. If accepted, we process the refund within 7–10 business days and send a refund confirmation email.

After Dispatch

  • Dispatch notification: Dispatch is communicated by email and SMS; that message is the final opportunity to cancel.
  • Shipped orders: Shipped orders cannot be cancelled. Returns of delivered items must follow the Returns and Refunds policy.
  • Partial shipments: If part of an order has shipped and part has not, cancellation may apply only to the unshipped items; refunds and shipping adjustments will be handled accordingly.

  • Definitions: “Dispatch” means the carrier has collected the goods from our warehouse. “Cancellation” means customer-initiated termination of the order prior to dispatch.
  • Exclusions: The cancellation right does not apply to bespoke goods and items clearly marked as non-cancellable at the time of purchase.
  • Liability: We are not liable for costs or losses arising from cancellation requests made after dispatch or for delays caused by payment providers.
