At SKN Jewellery, we strive to ensure you are happy with every purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, our Return & Refund Policy provides clear guidelines for refunds and replacements.


✅ Refunds (Within 7 Days)

  • Refund requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Eligible refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
  • Shipping charges, COD fees, and gift wrapping (if any) are non-refundable.

🔄 Replacements (Within 14 Days)

  • You may request a replacement for eligible products within 14 days of delivery.
  • Replacements are subject to product availability. If unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or personalized jewellery cannot be returned or refunded.
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” are not eligible for return.

📦 Return Process

  • The buyer is responsible for self-returning the product.
  • Return pickup service is not available.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in original packaging with all tags and certificates intact.

⚠️ Defective or Damaged Products

  • If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
  • In such cases, return shipping charges will be reimbursed as store credit up to ₹100 after verification.

💡 Important Notes

  • Products returned without prior approval from our support team may not be accepted.
  • Returns received beyond the policy timelines will not be eligible for refund or replacement.
